Breakfast Assistant
Location: The Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton, East Lothian
Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 12.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–10:00am
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Breakfast Assistant to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent hospitality.
What you’ll do:
Welcome and serve breakfast guests with a warm, professional attitude
Serve food and drinks efficiently
Set up, clear and clean tables
Ensure the breakfast and service areas are clean and well-presented
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Help create an enjoyable start to our guests’ day
The ideal candidate:
Positive, reliable and punctual
Friendly and confident when interacting with guests
Organised and attentive to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
