We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Nurse Educator to deliver specialised training and support within social care settings. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on patient care protocols tailored to social care settings
- Assess the learning needs of social care staff and adapt training approaches accordingly
- Provide expert advice on anatomy and clinical procedures to enhance understanding and application in daily practice
- Support organisations in implementing best practices for patient safety and wellbeing
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments
- Stay updated with current healthcare guidelines, policies, and innovations relevant to social care environments
- Driving to care homes across the South West and South East of England Including London
Requirements
- Proven experience in nursing with a strong focus on patient care within social or community settings
- Essential : Registered NMC Nurses (community)
- Essential : Educational background in Higher Education
- Essential : Equipment for training
- Clean driving licence
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively
- Organised with the ability to develop clear educational content and resources
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on a freelance basis
- Flexibility to deliver training both remotely and in various social care environments as required
- Relevant nursing qualifications recognised within the UK healthcare system
