Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in providing essential support within our pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will assist in medication preperation, patient care, and work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations.
We have flexible positions and can employ counter assistants, dispensers or ACT's.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in dispensing medications
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and prescription information
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is essential
- Knowledge of medication preperation and patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Certification as a Pharmacy Assistant is desirable but not essential
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
