The Opportunity
As our Treatment Co-Ordinator, you'll be the trusted guide for prospective patients, helping them understand their treatment options, financing arrangements, and the benefits of choosing Surrey Orthodontics.
You'll work closely with our clinical team while taking ownership of patient conversions, helping drive the continued success and growth of the practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, thrives on building rapport, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to new patient enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct consultation appointments and guide patients through their treatment options
- Clearly explain treatment plans, fees, and finance solutions
- Build trust and confidence with patients to support treatment acceptance
- Follow up enquiries and maintain strong conversion rates
- Deliver an exceptional patient journey from first contact to treatment start
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and reception staff to ensure a seamless experience
- Contribute to practice growth through proactive patient engagement and relationship building
- Maintain accurate records and manage patient communications effectively
- Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives where appropriate

- Confidence discussing fees, finance options, and treatment plans
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to build trust and influence decisions ethically
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Desirable
- Experience within dentistry, orthodontics, aesthetics, healthcare, or other private clinical environments
- Previous Treatment Co-Ordinator experience
