Responsibilities
- Support lead sign installers in preparing tools, equipment, and materials for installation projects
- Assist with lifting, positioning, and securing signs in various locations, including walls, poles, and structures
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation to ensure a secure work environment
- Help with measuring and marking precise locations for sign placement according to project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
- Participate in site inspections to verify proper installation and address any issues promptly
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy signs and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and safety procedures
- Basic understanding of hand tools and construction practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to different work environments
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure signs are installed accurately and securely
- Valid driver’s license is a plus; reliable transportation is necessary for job site access
