As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live fulfilling lives, offering companionship, practical support, and personal care. Escort clients to appointments, social engagements, or other outings, promoting active community involvement.

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for travelling between client homes in the SO14, SO15, and SO16 areas.
Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
Ability to adapt to various situations and respond calmly to unexpected events.
