About the Role
We're looking for a confident, creative and energetic Marketing & Events Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver a packed events programme that creates memorable student experiences.
You won't just deliver events — you'll create them with purpose. From detailed planning, budgeting and stakeholder management through to analysing audience data and measuring success, every stage is driven by insight and strategy.
A Typical Day Includes
- Leading the planning, set-up and hands-on delivery of online and face-to-face events across our sites
- Producing marketing content across social media, web and print — from posters to reels
- Building relationships with universities, societies and local businesses to grow the CODE brand
- Tracking budgets, feedback and ROI so the events programme develops in a strategic and profitable way

- You stay calm under pressure and handle changing priorities and activities with ease
- You're creative, driven and have a "can do" attitude — you think outside the box and love variety
- You're confident engaging with customers face to face, with high standards of professionalism
- You have an analytical brain and enjoy using metrics to evaluate the success of events
- Experience with digital platforms (social media, Eventbrite) is a bonus — full training is provided
- You hold a full driving licence and have the energy to physically set up events

Working Hours
- Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
- This role also requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends around the events schedule
- Travel to Coventry will also be required as part of this role
