We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company for Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team in Banbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a business that offers full training, career progression and a supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll support the production process by carrying out a variety of duties including operating machinery, preparing materials, assembly work, and helping with dispatch. This is a hands-on role where you'll receive full training and have the opportunity to develop your skills.

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
