We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients, helping to attract, assess and hire talented people across either our Early Talent or Social Care division. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build meaningful client and candidate relationships, and make a genuine impact.
The successful candidate may support one of our specialist divisions:
- Early Talent Recruitment - helping employers attract and hire graduates, apprentices and future leaders.
- Social Care Recruitment - supporting care providers to find the people who make a real difference to the lives of others.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruiter, you'll be involved in all aspects of the recruitment journey, including:
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Conducting screening interviews and suitability assessments
- Coordinating interviews and assessment activities
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and attraction initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and candidate communications
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in attitude, potential and values than a perfect CV.
You might be:
- A graduate or early-career professional with 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales or a people-focused role
- An experienced recruiter looking for a more meaningful and consultative environment
- Someone with previous experience in Early Careers, Graduate, Apprentice or Campus Recruitment
- Someone with experience recruiting within Health & Social Care, Care Services or Healthcare
You'll be:
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Curious, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working with systems, data and processes
- Passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
- Motivated by making a positive impact
