Salary: £90k per annum
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship luxury service, setting the tone, culture and standards from day one. The home will operate at the very top end of the market, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, resident experience and beautifully designed environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the home, ensuring strong clinical governance and full regulatory compliance from opening
- Build and inspire a high-performing team, embedding a culture of professionalism, warmth, trust and accountability
- Deliver outstanding standards across nursing, residential and dementia care pathways
- Drive quality, safety and performance, taking ownership of key outcomes and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Create an environment where teams feel supported, engaged and empowered to deliver exceptional care
Experience Required
- Nurse-qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
- Experience managing a 40+ bedded nursing home
- Proven experience or a strong track record of driving occupancy growth
- Hands-on leadership style with experience across residential, nursing and dementia care
- Experience leading large teams and building a positive, accountable culture
