We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Support in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Participate in menu planning and development by providing input based on seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food production processes and culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced chefs.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
