Aesthetic Clinical Associate (Bank) – Maternity Cover Be the doctor's right hand in delivering world-class regenerative aesthetic care.
At Aesthetic Health, we believe aesthetic medicine is about far more than appearance—it's about improving confidence, wellbeing and quality of life.
As one of the UK's leading doctor-only regenerative aesthetic clinics, we combine advanced medical expertise with genuinely compassionate care. Every patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis before treatment is prescribed, ensuring a personalised journey that prioritises long-term tissue health over quick fixes.
We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinical Associate to join our clinical team on a Bank basis to provide maternity cover.
This is a flexible Bank position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Hours will be offered according to clinic demand and staff cover requirements, so flexibility is essential.
This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner who works independently or part-time elsewhere and would value the opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's most respected regenerative aesthetic doctors, developing their knowledge whilst supporting advanced medical procedures.
The Role
Working directly alongside our doctors, you will become an integral part of the patient journey, ensuring every consultation and treatment is delivered safely, efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.
This is far more than a chaperoning role. We are looking for someone who understands aesthetic medicine well enough to anticipate the doctor's next move, prepare equipment instinctively and contribute confidently throughout complex treatments.
You will:
- Prepare patients for treatment, including photography, skin preparation and topical anaesthetic application.
- Assist doctors throughout consultations and procedures, anticipating clinical requirements before they arise.
- Support a wide range of treatments including muscle rebalancing, dermal fillers, regenerative injectable procedures, ultrasound-guided treatments and advanced skin therapies.
- Prepare treatment rooms, devices, consumables and equipment to the highest clinical standards.
- Maintain exceptional Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards.
- Complete accurate treatment documentation, including batch numbers, expiry dates, consent and clinical records.
- Provide reassurance and exceptional patient care before, during and after treatment.
- Deliver comprehensive aftercare and assist with patient rebooking and skincare recommendations.
- Ensure stock, equipment and clinical IT systems are fully prepared for each clinic.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and understands the pace and precision required within a premium doctor-led medical clinic.
You will already have sufficient knowledge of aesthetic procedures to confidently support doctors during treatment and understand the flow of advanced injectable procedures.

- Laser/IPL Core of Knowledge.
