Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional looking to develop their career within residential property management. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for managing tenancies from move-in through to check-out, ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, and building strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with maintenance enquiries by instructing contractors, gaining approval for works and retaining required funds
- TDS rulings and how to handle checkouts and deposit negotiations, along with organising any works required between tenancies
- Safety certification regulations and instructing remedial works if and where required
- Property licensing scheme applications
- Filing and posting invoices, ensuring funds are held on account
- Registering warranties and guarantees on new appliances
Qualifications
- Property Management: 1 year minimum (required)
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public
- Provide careful and considerate advice as and when necessary
- Preferably have experience of using CFP software or similar
- Operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.
- ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
- Clean driving license and own car
- Have flexibility to work some Saturdays - Opening Hours 9am to 1:30pm with a half day off the following week in lieu
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
