KDH Projects are a construction company based mainly within the food and beverage industry. KDH Projects are looking to expand their team in our Potters Bar Office. We are looking for an Accounts Officer.
Some of the tasks included in the job description are as follows:
Completing tasks within the Purchase and the Sales Ledgers, such as inputting invoices, matching credit card receipts and allocating costs to projects, making jobs live, sending out supplier forms, completing employee expenses and invoicing works.
Completing credit terms, VAT returns and CIS returns.
Going through payments and getting them ready for bank payment.
Along with other general Accounts team work including assisting with any issues arising from the purchase or sales ledger.
Filing and answering phone calls.
We use SAGE Line 50 including the Projects section to complete the accounts for the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
