At wed2b, our Senior Bridal Sales Consultants combine strong sales performance with a supportive, customer-focused approach. In this role, you'll not only achieve your own targets but also help guide and develop the wider team to deliver consistent results.
What You'll Be Doing

Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales performance

Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests

Build rapport quickly and understand each bride's style, needs, and budget

Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care

Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment

A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets

Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and commercial focus

Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation

Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
