DELIVERY DRIVER – BATHROOM DISTRIBUTION
Europa Bathrooms Distribution – Broxburn
We are looking for an experienced reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our busy distribution team.
The role involves delivering bathroom products and tiles throughout Scotland to customers’ homes, building sites and bathroom showrooms.
The Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
● Delivering bathroom goods, sanitaryware, furniture and tiles
● Delivering to customers’ homes, building sites and showrooms
● Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle
● Handling products carefully to prevent damage
● Checking deliveries against paperwork before leaving the warehouse
● Obtaining signatures/proof of delivery
● Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
● Working alongside our warehouse and distribution team
● Keeping the vehicle clean, tidy and roadworthy
● Following company health & safety and manual-handling procedures
What We’re Looking For
The successful applicant should:
● Hold a full UK driving licence
● Be comfortable with manual handling and lifting
● Be physically fit, as bathroom products and tiles can be heavy
● Be reliable, punctual and organised
● Take pride in looking after goods and the company vehicle
● Have good communication and customer-service skills
● Be comfortable delivering to different environments, including construction sites and private homes
● Work well as part of a team
Previous experience in multi-drop delivery, bathrooms, plumbing, builders’ merchants, tiles or similar distribution would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 4:45pmFriday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
38.5 Hours Per Week
Based at: Europa Bathrooms Distribution, Broxburn
