Salary: £48,226 to £51,356 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st September 27
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Location: Horsham (with Hybrid and Flexible working)

You will work Monday to Friday with the requirement to travel countrywide and mainly based in Horsham. You will need to be able to travel independently around the county, including to areas that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Pool cars and pool bikes available.
All West Sussex County Council (WSCC) employees have a WSCC location as their contractual work location, however we do operate a ‘Smarter working’ approach, this is something that you agree locally with your manager, for what works best for you, your role and your team. We’re looking for someone passionate about working with victims-survivors and their families, building relationships and who will manage the day-to-day operation of the service.
In this role, you will lead, supervise and oversight of a team that provides direct intervention to victim-survivors and their families through targeted support and partnership working with both internal and external partners including Children’s Social Care and Police. You will oversee and manage the incoming referrals, providing direction and support to DA workers to reduce the risk of harm and prompt safety.
You will work with partner organisations to ensure victim-survivors receive the advice, information, and support that they require, including the provision of practical support where appropriate to reduce risk and promote safety.
