Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Lead on a 6month FTC to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and ensure projects align with business and customer goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Duties
- Lead project planning sessions with customers to define scope, objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Support project management team, providing guidance, motivation, and oversight to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Be the main point of contact for customers with involvement on a day to day basis including orders and shipments
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring all customer queries are dealt with productively and in a timely fashion
- Monitor project progress through regular status updates, reports, and dashboards; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Review project risks and escalate to management as required.
- Problem solve to ensure customer is satisfied and deadlines are met
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience leading diverse project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and creating CPA's
- Ideally experience in cosmetics, personal care, manufacturing or FMCG
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Able to work full time and on our site just outside of Wells, Somerset!
