About the Role
Inda Pubs is looking for an experienced Front of House team member or supivisor to join our group of 10 beautiful, independent gastropubs across West London.
We specialise in fresh, seasonal food, quality drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We’re seeking someone with a solid background in pubs or restaurants who can hit the ground running, take ownership on the floor or behind the bar, and set the standard for top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced pub or restaurant environment (floor, bar, or both).
- Service Excellence: A strong passion for great food, craft drinks, and delivering an outstanding guest experience every shift.
- Leadership by Example: A confident, proactive team player who can guide junior staff and help maintain a upbeat, welcoming atmosphere.
- Attention to Detail: Knowledge of table service, menu recommendation, and pub operations.
