We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail and mixology knowledge and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and works well within a team.
You will be responsible for preparing quality cocktails, keeping the bar organized and stocked, and supporting the team during service. Flexibility is important, as you may also assist with bar back duties when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Support the bar team with bar back duties when required
- Follow restaurant service standards and maintain efficient service during busy periods
- Properly label and date ingredients and prepared items
- Maintain awareness of food and drink allergies and follow safe handling procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a cocktail bar or fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and bar operations
- Understanding of allergy awareness, food safety, and ingredient dating procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to assist with bar back duties when required
- Professional and presentable appearance at all times
