Muffin Break Bolton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead and develop our bustling café. We are looking for a natural leader who can oversee all aspects of the store—from team leadership and rota planning to customer service, compliance, stock control, and maintaining high standards—while ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to uphold high standards.
- Manage rotas and staffing to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Drive excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and enhance sales, upselling, and profitability.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and wastage management.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
