An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Guardforce team at Thurleigh MK44 post code for a confident, well mannered and professional individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
The job requirements:
- SIA license essential.
- Full, clean UK manual driving licence is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
- General security gatehouse duties with a professional approach.
- Dealing with clients, deliveries, staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Incident response and good incident report writing skills.
- To respond and assist in dealing promptly with emergencies on site.
- Perimeter Patrols in the official vehicle.
- CCTV Monitoring and maintaining a detailed log.
- Flexible and reliable approach - work on shift/rota basis.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- The shift pattern (Day & Night)
- Applicants must have their own vehicle or live in close proximity to Thurleigh (MK44), as shift start times are not compatible with public transport schedules.
Shift Times:
- Day shift: 07:00 start
- Night shift: 19:00 start
Shift times may vary based on operational requirements.

- Must have own vehicle to reach the site or live in close proximity to Thurleigh MK44.
