Support Worker
Locations: We have homes in Maidstone, Ashford, and Thanet, Kent (UK)

Salary: £35,360 guaranteed starting salary inclusive of sleep allowance
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour (plus guaranteed sleep-in payments)
Additional Sleep-in Rate: £50 per sleep
Holiday: 28 days paid annual leave, sleep-ins still paid during annual leave

What makes this role different

Your day to day
- Provide safe, consistent, child-centred support in a residential setting
- Build positive relationships, be a reliable role model, and maintain professional boundaries
- Support routines such as education, appointments, activities, independence skills, and daily living
- Follow care plans and support strategies, including therapeutic guidance where appropriate
- Complete clear written records, handovers, and incident reports when needed
- Work closely with your team, take part in training, supervision, and development

- You are reliable, professional, and comfortable working shifts, including sleep-ins when required
- You have the right to work in the UK
Experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have worked in residential childcare, education, mental health, care, supported living, or similar, we would love to hear from you.
