We are hiring a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art luxury brand workshop in Oxford. - Salary: £37,500 – £45,000 per year basic (Fully tailored to your experience and skillset).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00—enjoy stable, permanent weekday hours with strictly no weekend shifts.

Working in our high-tech Oxford bays, you will:
- Execute comprehensive repairs and maintenance on high-spec luxury vehicles, including advanced servicing, safety health checks, and chassis work.

Utilize cutting-edge manufacturer diagnostic software and tools to systematically investigate, track down, and rectify complex faults.

Operate comfortably within set processes and manufacturer timescales to maintain a smooth, efficient workshop flow.

Maintain exceptional, safety-first standards on all mechanical repairs to deliver an elite customer experience.
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / equivalent) qualification is required, alongside proven hands-on experience within a franchised dealership environment.

Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
