Working Joinery Site Foreman – Nationwide Construction Projects
Location: Sites across the UK (travel required)
Rate: £32–£35 per hour (CIS)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Self-Employed (CIS)
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
Travel Requirements: Nationwide travel and working away from home as required
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Working Joinery Site Foreman to lead our joinery teams on a range of high-quality commercial, new build and refurbishment projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, carrying out joinery work alongside the team while taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of site activities. You'll ensure work is completed safely, to the highest standard and in line with programme requirements.
As an integral part of our delivery team, you'll coordinate labour, liaise with Project Managers and clients, maintain quality standards and help deliver successful projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
· Carrying out high-quality 1st & 2nd fix joinery
· Leading and supervising joinery operatives on site
· Planning daily works and allocating labour
· Liaising with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors
· Reading drawings and coordinating site activities
· Ordering materials and managing deliveries
· Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
What You'll NeedHow to Apply
· Valid CSCS Card (Gold preferred)
· SSSTS or SMSTS
· Asbestos Awareness certification
· Extensive commercial joinery experience
Personal Qualities
· Previous experience leading site teams
· Hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
· Professionalism, attention to detail and pride in your work
· Full UK driving licence
· £32–£35 per hour, paid weekly via CIS
· Accommodation provided when working away
· Mileage allowance and travel expenses covered
