Overview:
We are seeking for a motivated Sales Assistant with strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, upselling, merchandising displays, handling phone enquiries, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a clean, organised sales environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, professional, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic metal and jewellery knowledge to be able to talk confidently to customers.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential; and willingness to learn is key. Desirably previous experience in jewellery retail.
