Registered Manager for a 2-bed therapeutic children's home (Experienced Deputies Encouraged to Apply)
Salary: £48,000–£58,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus

We are a newly registered 2-bed therapeutic children's home supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
We're looking for either an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Level 5 qualified Deputy Manager ready to step into their first provision as RM with genuine support.

The Role
You'll lead the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring children receive safe, nurturing and therapeutic care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a stable, child-focused team.
- Creating a positive therapeutic culture.
- Ensuring excellent safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Developing personalised care plans and positive outcomes for children.
- Building effective relationships with local authorities and professionals.
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
- Experience and confidence with the Ofsted Inspection process
- Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge.
- Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children.
- PACE trained or therapeutic background / training
