At Comex 2000, we're the team behind the UK's telecoms networks, delivering fibre and network infrastructure projects across the UK.
We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support our operational delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, working with data, keeping systems updated and ensuring information is accurate and available when needed.
This is a coordination and administration-focused role supporting telecoms projects and operational teams. You'll work closely with Delivery Managers, Supervisors and operational stakeholders, helping to maintain project records, trackers, documentation and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Providing administrative and coordination support to telecoms delivery teams.

Maintaining project trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems.

Updating records and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Supporting permit, noticing and compliance activities.

Producing reports and management information for operational teams.

Managing data across multiple systems and validating information for accuracy.

Coordinating meetings, actions and project updates.

Supporting Delivery Managers and operational teams with day-to-day administration.

Ensuring documentation is maintained in line with company and client requirements.

Liaising with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to obtain information and resolve queries.

Monitoring project progress and highlighting any gaps, risks or missing information.

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Administrator, Scheduler, Works Coordinator or similar support role.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong administration experience within a fast-paced environment.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Comfortable working with large amounts of data and multiple systems.

Strong communication skills and a professional approach.

Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.

Experience within Telecoms, Utilities, Construction or Infrastructure.

Experience supporting operational or project delivery teams.

Knowledge of permits, Streetworks, noticing or compliance documentation.

Experience using project tracking systems and reporting tools.
