Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Regular Weekly Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our 3 properties. This role is vital in ensuring that spaces are hygienic, organized, and presentable for tenants and guests.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and bin segregation.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Test fire alarms, check fire doors are clear (detailed instructions will be provided)
- Ensure that cleaning checklist provided is followed.
- Respond promptly to specific cleaning requests and be available to property clean turnovers.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in customer-focused settings.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours.
