Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will create practical, stylish designs that meet each customer's needs, preferences, space, and budget while supporting the sales process from the initial consultation through to closing the deal.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand their requirements, style preferences, timescale, and budget.
- Create attractive and functional kitchen and bathroom designs.
- Recommend suitable products, layouts, materials, finishes, and accessories.
- Prepare accurate quotations and clearly explain designs and pricing to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design and purchasing process.
- Make design revisions based on customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order information.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and confidently close deals.
Skills
- Strong design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- A confident and professional sales approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and work within different budgets.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Experience using kitchen or bathroom design software would be an advantage.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
