Summary
We are seeking a dedicated 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our expanding Technical Driver/Gas Sales team in Ringwood. This role is vital in delivering our gas products safely and efficiently while supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5 tonne vehicle to deliver gas cylinders and equipment to customers ADR optional.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
- Support sales efforts by providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Qualifications
- Valid full driving license with relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a similar industry.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading/unloading and manual handling.
- Experience with flatbed trucks is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
