Senior Commercial Manager – UK Market (Part-time)
Location: United Kingdom or Netherlands (Hybrid / Remote)
Employment: Part-time (approximately 2 days per week)
Salary: Equivalent of GBP 4,000-5,000 gross per month on a full-time basis (pro rata for part-time), depending on experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can help drive our UK business to the next level.
The Role
As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial development of our UK business. You will work closely with colleagues across commercial, marketing, operations and logistics to develop and execute initiatives that support the continued growth of the brand. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines commercial thinking with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK market.
· Manage relationships with major retailers, distributors and strategic partners.
· Identify and secure new commercial opportunities.
· Lead annual account planning and promotional activities.
· Support product launches and category development.
· Analyse sales performance and market trends.
· Coordinate marketing initiatives with external agencies.
· Support forecasting, inventory planning and supply chain coordination.
· Oversee e-commerce performance across Amazon, Shopify and distributor platforms.
· Ensure excellent customer experience across B2B and B2C channels.
· Work closely with colleagues across commercial, marketing, operations and logistics.
· Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You
· At least 8 years of commercial experience.
· Experience within FMCG, beauty, healthcare, pharmacy or consumer products.
· Strong account management and negotiation skills.
· Experience working with UK retailers and distributors.
· Excellent analytical and commercial judgement.
· An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
· Excellent English communication skills.
· You enjoy working as part of a close-knit international team.
· You communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and business partners.
· You are proactive, collaborative and willing to support others when needed.
· Experience with Amazon, Shopify or major retail account management is an advantage.
