Maid on a Mission Cleaning Services is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our specialist cleaning team.
Forget cleaning the same place every day – this is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across deep cleans, end-of-tenancy properties, new-build developments and construction sites.
One day you might be transforming an end-of-tenancy property, and the next you could be putting the finishing touches on a brand-new home ready for handover.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work independently and alongside our team carrying out:
- Deep cleans
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Builders cleans
- Construction cleaning
- Sparkle and final cleans
- Removing construction dust, labels and residue
- Getting properties looking their absolute best before inspection or handover
We have high standards, but we'll make sure you have the training, equipment and support you need to meet them.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a cleaning superhero on day one – but you do need the right attitude!

Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, particularly in deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, builders cleans or sparkle cleans, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

The Important Bits
Pay: £12.85 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Location: Meeting point Bexleyheath then onto various locations via work vehicle.
Driving licence: Preferred but not essential
CSCS card: Preferred – training can be provided if applicable
Because some of our work takes place on active construction sites, applicants must be comfortable working in a construction environment and following site health and safety requirements.
