What We’re Looking For
- A natural host: positive, friendly, and guest‑focused.
- Must have a solid background in using professional barista coffee equipment
- Pace and resilience, calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Great communication and teamwork; willing to help wherever needed.
- Pride in presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Catering Assistant Role Overview
- Operating an easy-to-use touchscreen till system.
- Engaging with and serving our customers and clients.
- Preparing and serving high-quality barista-style coffee
- Crafting fresh sandwiches and maintaining presentation standards
- Ensuring strict adherence to Food Safety HACCP controls.
- Representing TNS to the highest standards and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
- Servicing customers at hot food or deli counter
- Basic washing up and production of freshly made food, may be required.
