The school supports pupils with EHCPs, predominantly with SEMH needs, helping them to grow academically, socially and emotionally in a nurturing, structured environment. Supporting pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom

Building positive relationships and helping children regulate emotions, engage with learning and achieve their full potential

Working alongside an experienced and supportive staff team

Calm, patient and resilient
-
Confident managing challenging behaviour positively
-
Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
-
Proactive, enthusiastic and able to build strong relationships
-
Experienced in education, youth work, care, sports coaching or similar (desirable but not essential)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Two recent professional or education-based references

Right to work in the UK
