J&R Fleet Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Level 2 / Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team.
We work on a wide range of cars, vans, and fleet vehicles, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards across the food wholesale and commercial vehicle industry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work confidently both independently and as part of a professional workshop team.
The Role Will Include:
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Mechanical repairs and fault finding
- Diagnostics using modern equipment
- MOT preparation and inspections
- Brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Tyres, wheel alignment, and general workshop duties
- Working on light commercial and fleet vehicles

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Good all-round mechanical knowledge
- Experience working on cars and light commercial vehicles
- Ability to diagnose faults efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Experience:
- Mechanical experience: minimum 3 years preferred

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Minimum of one Saturday per month required
- Overtime available
