About the role
This role is about more than pouring drinks. It’s about creating an environment where guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and looked after from the moment they arrive.
Whether someone is stopping by for a quick drink or settling in for the evening, you’ll play a key part in shaping their experience through attentive service, good conversation, and a calm, professional presence behind the bar.
Who we’re looking for
We’re happy to meet people with a range of experience levels. What matters most to us is attitude.
You might be:
- Naturally warm, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Proud of delivering great service and maintaining high standards
- A positive team player who brings good energy to a shift
- Keen to learn and develop within a growing business
Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential. We’re far more interested in personality, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in hospitality.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
- Supporting smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance standards
- Contributing to a welcoming, professional team culture
