Testing Technician – 2 Roles available
Hours: This role is full- time hours only. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm
Job Description:
® Drysuit tests are done thoroughly and accurately to meet quality standards.
® Prepare and send quotes to customers via email and follow up by phone to answer any questions or concerns.
® Investigate out why diving suits or valves fail and recommend the best repair solutions to keep them working safely and efficiently.
® Keep our online system up to date with test results, making sure all info is accurate and current.
® Ensure all work meets customer requirements and follows company procedures and quality standards.
® Pack the drysuits upon completion.
Person Specification:
® Demonstrate a professional and mature attitude towards work, with a focus on reliability and responsibility.
® Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication.
® Sage 200 (Desirable)
® Excellent communication skills via telephone, face to face and email communication
® Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing tasks efficiently during busy periods.
® Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, documentation, and communications.
® Strong telephone manner with the ability to engage confidently with customers and address their needs effectively.
® Hardworking and a strong team player, willing to contribute to the team’s success and collaborate with others.
® Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
