Salary: £29,500 a year
Hours: 35 Hours, Full-Time Monday – Friday. Will include flexibility for evening/weekend work (Fixed 2-year Project with Possibility of Extension)

Reporting to: Inclusion, Collaboration & Community Development Manager

Voluntary Action Swindon is recruiting for the pivotal role of Team Leader for our team of Community Connectors.
The role is full time hybrid, with a mix of office work in our John Street building and offsite work. As part of the People Like Me / Swindon Place-Based / Get Active project, a team of Community Connectors will be operating across seven areas of Swindon identified as experiencing health inequalities. As Team Leader, you will report to the Inclusion, Collaboration, and Community Development Manager and will be responsible for line-managing, mentoring, and developing the Community Connectors.
