Office Administrator
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day office administration duties.
- Answer and manage telephone calls and emails.
- Perform general computer-based office work.
- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the factory management team.
- Assist with other office tasks as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Previous office administration experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Confident using computers and office systems.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Well organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is an advantage.
Pay: £24,420.00-£39,445.55 per year
