SweetPeak Customer Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure customers achieve maximum value from our services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, proactively manage customer engagement, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling.
- Prepare customer performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £3,800.00-£7,800.00 per month
