Full time / Part-Time Chef

We’re looking for a talented and reliable Full time & part-time chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team at Ribeye. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants a daytime-only schedule.
About the role
- Hours: flexible working hours (daytime only – no late nights)
- Menu style: Seasonal small plates, brunch dishes, sharing boards, and light lunches
- Work closely with our head chef to prep and cook dishes to a high standard
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Help with menu ideas and specials when required
What we’re looking for
- Previous kitchen experience (brunch/small plates a bonus, but not essential)
- A passion for quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ability to work well under pressure in a small, close-knit team
- Reliability and flexibility for occasional extra shifts
