Previous experience in community care is essential, as this is a rewarding but demanding role that requires compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live independently. We are looking for people who understand the responsibilities of providing high-quality care and who are dedicated to making a positive difference every day. Full induction and ongoing training will be provided to help you develop and succeed in your role.
Important Requirement
To apply for this role, you must be fully flexible across all shifts, including:
- Early morning starts from 7:00am
- Evenings working up to 10:00pm
- Alternate weekend availability (essential)
- Full UK driving licence - Essential

About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes to live independently and with dignity. Duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care
- Meal preparation and supporting nutritional needs
- Supporting mobility
- Prompting or assisting with medication
- Light household domestic tasks
- Shopping or transport to appointments (company vehicles available)

- Previous experience in community care or a similar care role.

- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including providing cover for annual leave and sickness when required (essential).

- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle (company cars are available for work use).
- The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship).
Pay: £14.60-£32.00 per hour
