As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant and Bars Manager in leading the Breakfast Team to deliver a friendly, upbeat, and professional service to all our hotel guests during their breakfast experience.
This is a leadership role within our Food and Beverage department, responsible for overseeing the daily breakfast service and team and also support lunches where necessary. You will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service during breakfast hours. Duties include setting up the breakfast area, managing stock, leading, motivating and inspiring the breakfast team while ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
You will work closely with other areas of the hotel including Front of House, Kitchen, Sales, Conference and Finance to ensure the smooth running of each day and you will be consistently supporting the team ensuring that they have all the knowledge and skills they require to deliver exceptional service and that exceptional guest experience.

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant and Bars Manager in achieving all brand standards & company metrics and objectives
- Leading great Guest Service throughout your day - Assisting with guest requests and dealing with complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensuring all repeat guests receive recognition & appreciation in line with IHG Brand Standards
- Supporting the effectiveness of forecasting and budgeting through rostering and timesheets
- Driving the Training and development of the team.
- Managing and overseeing Absence Management within the Breakfast department
- Upholding food hygiene standards within Food and Beverage areas
- Assisting with performance management of all the team
- Ensuring that we capture all walk in/ telephone reservations ensuring maximum occupancy for the hotel
- Plan and prepare a detailed handover for the next shift
- Ensuring the comfort, safety & security of all our guests always
- Support in guaranteeing that we are compliant with all legal health and safety requirements
