System Support Analyst
Carlton Packaging is an extremely well-established business that specialises in the design and supply of smart packaging materials for fulfilment operations across Europe. The company’s core business is within the ecommerce industry supplying corrugated board and consumables, aiming to supply an all-in-one solution to the end user.

We are seeking an experienced System Support Analyst to join our IT and Systems team. The successful candidate will be r ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business systems. The role provides user support, manages system administration, delivers data insights, and drives workflow automation across the organisation. Working closely with the Systems & IT Manager and operational teams, the Analyst helps optimise business processes and support data‑driven decision‑making
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
System support & Administration
- Support and maintain core business systems (CRM, ERP, finance systems)
- Manage connections and integrations between business systems
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolutions
Data & Reporting
- Develop reports and dashboards using excel and PowerBI
- Provide data insights to stakeholders
- Support data quality and governance
Automation & Productivity
- Design and deploy workflow automations using Power Automate
- Improve manual processes using automation
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions and structure
- Troubleshoot workflows
Projects & Improvements
- Work with Systems & IT Manager on projects
- Support system upgrades, migrations and new feature implementations
- Document requirements and solutions
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors
Your Background & Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 support
- Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Proven system administration / business application support experience
- Confident with data analysis and reporting
- Experience of SharePoint administration
- Sound familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot)
- Confident with Power Automate workflow creation
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboard and report development
- Familiar with Power Apps
- A-Level (or equivalent) qualifications in information technology or related fields
- Can demonstrate continuous development in IT knowledge and experience

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
