Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their protection needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client circumstances to recommend appropriate protection plans.
- Utilise negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and close sales efficiently.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, explaining policy details clearly, and offering ongoing support.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related customer service roles, with a strong understanding of protection products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
- Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience in sales administration or marketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.

Pay: £30,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
