We are looking for a full time Bartender to join our team, in a busy, customer-focused environment specialising in globally influenced small plates, brunch, cocktails, wine and coffee.
The role is for 1 daytime and 3 nights, including weekends, approximately 35 hours per week.
We are open until 2am, so night shift finish time approx 3.30am.

Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Process transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- Uphold a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Pay: £12.00-£12.71 per hour
