About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Email Marketing Apprentice to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn hands-on skills in digital marketing while working on real campaigns that reach thousands of customers.
You will support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns, gaining valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Support the design and writing of engaging email content
- Help build and manage email lists and customer segments
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Work with the wider marketing team to align emails with brand and campaign goals
- Ensure all emails follow GDPR and best practice guidelines
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and strategies
- Familiarity with management tools, project management practices, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is key
- Experience or interest in social media management and B2B/B2C marketing environments
- IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset

Pay: £15,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
