General Assistant – Part-Time
We are looking for individuals to join our team. We are based in the Cotswold Lakes area over 3 sites, managing over 65 holiday properties.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our holiday parks. Tasks may include:
· Laundry delivery and collection to and from properties, including managing stock levels and ensuring supplies are accurately tracked and replenished
· Helping on check-in/check-out days
· General property upkeep, such as tightening fittings and replacing worn or defective parts
· Inspecting properties, inside and outside, for preventative maintenance issues
· Small repairs
· Cleaning barbeques
· Cleaning/sweeping the outside of lodges
· Reporting issues that cannot be resolved by the team and will need external contractors
· Reporting any damage found
· Supporting the housekeeping team with any maintenance issues raised during cleaning
· General site support and any other tasks as decided by the line manager
Working hours are variable, normally between 9.30am and 4pm. Weekend and bank holiday working will be required, and hours may vary week to week depending on business needs.
A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
There may be opportunities for the role to become permanent in time, for the right candidate.

· South Cerney, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
· General maintenance or handyman work: 1 year (preferred)
