1. Sales and Business Development

Assist with product certification and licensing in the UK and Ireland to ensure compliance with local regulations and market entry requirements.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.

Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Sales Administration & Budgeting

Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability.

Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
4. Coordination with Other Departments

Collaborate closely with the service, parts, and aftermarket teams to ensure seamless support for customers.

Work with finance and accounts teams to track payments, credit terms, and financial documentation.

Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Engage with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of machinery and parts.

Address any customer concerns related to machinery performance, service, and repairs.
5. Other tasks assigned by line managers-
Proven experience in machinery sales, construction equipment, MEWPs, or a related industry.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Full UK driving license (or applicable license for the location).
